A leader is not only someone who leads a department in certain company. If you are not the leader in your company where you work, you still have the chance to be a leader in your group activities. In addition, setting particular boundaries will be better. Some people may feel safer and work better in group activities within chosen boundaries. Tell the followers about your hopes to meet and gather again.

Then, you should balance the focus and boundaries with a little free time. Often, some ideas and thoughts will appear during the free time naturally. You may choose the free time location based on the activities of your group. Although this is free time, you should make sure that everyone will focus on the some point. In case the group activities take place in a public location, everyone may leave based on the schedule they own. But if the group activity is held in someone's home, the followers will be difficult to leave.
