Everyone who works will be always in a team whether you are a member or the leader. You have to work based on the company's vision and mission to achieve certain goals. Whatever the company is, a leader should face all challenges and keep being productive and effective in each step. If you are chosen as the leader, you have to be proud of that. It means all co workers trust you and will support you in doing your job. You will face a situation when some people have different opinion and point of view in facing certain problem. As a leader, you should build a method which will develop a reputation for speed and dependability. Having those two qualifications will make your team win in each competition. In particular time, you may gather the members to discuss and wrap themselves around the right people. You should also explain the roles, rules, and responsibility for them, so this kind of leadership will be effective. If it is possible you may ask them to coach and mentor each other. That will make your team a productive and efficient organization.
The most important is you should encourage them to take great care of their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Living in balance will be valuable and determine the success of a team. The team members are also allowed to be more decisive and action oriented. So, make a decision and then act. |
